I love illustrating the surprising variety of prices of properties in Provincetown. Naturally the glamour of trophy properties dazzles everyone but that’s not all there is. The impression of Provincetown being a super luxury market is driven by these properties, but the fact that 45% of condos sold year to date have sold under $1M may surprise folks. The market is driven almost equally by $1M or lower and $1M plus market. The lowest price condo sold was $444K and the highest price was $2.660M. What a range!
The average sale price for condos year to date in Provincetown is is $1.147M. I have featured three of my favorite properties below that illustrate the huge variety in price point as well as design, finishes and locations of these sold properties.
