There are thirty-two single family properties on the market in Provincetown with asking prices from $589,000 to $3,399,000. As expected they cover a wide spectrum of style, size, location and quality.   Eight have asking prices below $1M, Seventeen are priced between $1M and $2M, and, seven are priced above $2M.

The least expensive house is a charming old neighborhood greek revival on Bradford Street that needs renovation. The most expensive is a gorgeous contemporary at the very tip of the Cape at Pilgrims Landing. These two homes are half a mile apart, much less as the seagulls fly.

Provincetown Sales – Last Four Weeks

 

Sales Activity in the last four weeks in Provincetown speaks to the balance and diversity of the real estate market here.

22 properties sold in the last 4 weeks, April 15 to May 12.

10 sold in the entry level category up to $500K representing 45% of sales.

6 sold in the $500K to $1M category, representing 27% of sales.

6 sold above $1M, representing 27% of sales.

In my last post I highlighted three of the six  $1M plus properties that sold. Below are three properties in the $500K or less category representing the best of the bunch that sold in the past 4 weeks.
