#206 (The second floor from the terrace at the corner of building to the right) This is one of our favorites! It’s a a two bedroom condo with an incredible floor plan that includes a den-study. It has two baths, 1,102 square feet and is priced at $1.540m. This condo has seven windows spanning the front of the building overlooking the pool and courtyard below. There is a private terrace off the living room too. You see why it is one of our favorites.
Eden West Provincetown is located in the center of the new and evolving Shank Painter neighborhood, and a mere 10 minute walk to the Guilford house and Town Hall. Paddle ball courts are around the corner, and the new Motta recreation field is 5 minutes away with tennis courts and a running track. As important as all of these amenities is Pilgrim Bark Park dog park a 5 minute walk or run, depending on your pooch. Can’t forget the Stop and Shop and Macs Seafood that are steps away.
