The last four weeks provided an interesting snapshot of the Provincetown market. Activity speaks to the balance and diversity of the real estate market here in town.

22 properties sold in the last 4 weeks, April 15 to May 12.

10 sold in the entry level category up to $500K representing 45% of sales.

6 sold in the $500K to $1M category, representing 27% of sales.

6 sold above $1M, representing 27% of sales.

In my last post I highlighted three of the six  $1M plus properties that sold. Below are three properties in the $500K or less category representing the best of the bunch that sold in the past 4 weeks.
