Provincetown Sales – Last Four Weeks

 

Sales Activity in the last four weeks in Provincetown speaks to the balance and diversity of the real estate market here.

22 properties sold in the last 4 weeks, April 15 to May 12.

10 sold in the entry level category up to $500K representing 45% of sales.

6 sold in the $500K to $1M category, representing 27% of sales.

6 sold above $1M, representing 27% of sales.

In my last post I highlighted three of the six  $1M plus properties that sold. Below are three properties in the $500K or less category representing the best of the bunch that sold in the past 4 weeks.

 

45 Commercial Street #14 is a waterfront studio that sold for $342K on a listing price of $349K. This is a nicely renovated studio in a well run waterfront complex in the West End. Proof that you can find affordable waterfront property.
