Provincetown – The Highest And Lowest Priced Condo Sales in 2018

The variety and price range of  of condos sold in Provincetown is surprising.  The fact that there are many condos available in the $175K to $300K range in Provincetown surprises many buyers. The fact that we have such a diverse choice of condos is one of the reasons that we have such a dynamic market. These two condo sales illustrate this choice so well.

There were 155 condos sold in 2018 which is 4% less than the 162 sold in 2017. The average sold price was $562K, down slightly from$580K last year. Watch for our Q4 Goode and Farmer Report which will be out soon.

968 Commercial Street #2 is a two bedroom one bath condo in a three unit association. It has 495 square feet and is a year round condo. It was listed for $230K and sold for $185K in January.
